Tryp Barcelona Aeropuerto

(It is NOT necessary to be a resident of the hotel to have a parking space, but pre-booking is essential.) The Tryp hotel offers free shuttle bus transfers to terminals T1 y T2 on request (customers need to contact the hotel once a car parking reservation has been made). Customers must leave their car keys at the hotel Reception desk.

MINIBUS SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM THE HOTEL TO THE AIRPORT

TERMINAL 1
Monday to Friday:
From 5am until 7am - Departures every 30 minutes (on the hour and half hour), transfer time approximately 15 minutes.
From 7am until 11pm (23.00hrs) - Departures every 20 minutes (on the hour, 20 past and 20 minutes to the hour). Please note: NO departure at 10.20, 12.40, 19.40hrs or 20.40hrs.
From 11pm (23.00hrs) until 5am - The service is on request, and customers must call the hotel to arrange their transfer.

Weekends (Saturday and Sunday):
From 5am until 11pm (23.00hrs) - Departures every 30 minutes (on the hour and half hour). Please note: NO service at 10.30am or at 7.30pm (19.30).
From 11pm (23.00hrs) until 5am - The service operates on request. The service takes from 30 to 40 minutes during these hours and we request that customers be patient.
ARRIVALS: In front of the check-in desks.

TERMINAL 2 Transfers to Terminal 2 on request . Same timetable as for Terminal 1. Please remember to call the hotel to arrange your transfer.
MINIBUS SERVICE: MAXIMUM CAPACITY: 13 PASSENGERS.

It is imperative that you call the hotel the day before you travel on the number given in your email confirmation in order to reserve a seat on the minibus serving Terminals 1 and 2.

Approximate transfer time between the hotel and the airport is 15 minutes .

BOOKING PROCEDURE:
* Get a quote and/or book using the search engine (blue window)
* Enter the dates and times required for parking.
* Booking is free; however, a small percentage (15%) of the total cost will be levied to guarantee the booking. The balance must be paid to the Tryp.
* Credit and debit cards and PayPal payments are accepted for payment of your deposit.
* Once the deposit has been processed an email will be sent immediately containing your booking reference number, the hotel address and contact telephone numbers.
* Print off a copy of your confirmation email to take with you and call the hotel 24 hours before arriving in order to book seats on the airport shuttle minibus, indicating your departure terminal (the telephone number of the hotel is given in the email confirmation of booking).

*On your return, just call the hotel to arrange for the shuttle bus to come to collect you.
Please bear in mind that there is no set timetable for return transfer to the hotel, so your patience is requested when you are waiting for transport back to the hotel car park.

Remember, you do not have to stay in the hotel to make use of the car park but it is imperative that you have pre-booked both a space in the car park and seats on the transfer bus.
