10 minutes prior to arrival at your departures terminal, ring the mobile that will be sent by email at the end of your reservation. Drive your car directly to the meeting point indicated in the same email.

On your return, collect your luggage and phone the driver's mobile phone. Follow the instructions on the reverse of the contract sent to your booking confirmation email.
At Terminal 1, the refund will be issued at the terminal gate 300 outputs 1, or close to being in the arrivals terminal 1 (T1 pictured)
At Terminal 2, you must go to the arrivals hall (level 0), the terminal and outputs (billing, level 2) to the central door (see image T2)
In Terminal 4, should be addressed from the baggage claim area to level 2 on the terminal for billing, at the end of it, along with a lineup of British Airways (T3 pictured)
VERY IMPORTANT:
The Chauffeur will provide you with the relevant parking contract indicating your car details and the date of your return, please check that everything is correct.
Do not leave electronic devices in the car (radio, GPS, Chargers, switch off the interior lights, etc). In case you have to leave any valuables
make sure you have declared them to the chauffeur who has to verify and include them on the inventory , so that everything is covered by the policy insurance.

Where is your car parked?
After visual inspection of your car, a series of photographs of the exterior will be taken (considering there is enough daylight and it is not raining). If not possible, the photographs will be taken at a safe place which is as close as possible to the point of collection, or the parking facilities.
The vehicle will be driven and parked to a secure uncovered car park.
