Estacionamiento Hilton Madrid Airport

The Hilton Hotel offers covered and secure parking for customers using Madrid Barajas Airport. You are not obliged to stay at the hotel but it is essential to make an advance reservation for the car park. Free shuttle bus transfers to ALL terminals operate from 05:00 until 00:45 hours (45 minutes past midnight).

Reservations for the car park include return transfers to Madrid Barajas Airport in one of the hotel's own vehicles.

Transfer timetable : 05.00 until 00:45. It is essential that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the shuttle departure slot.

Frequency of transfers from the hotel to the airport: 05:00, 05:30, 06:20, and so on every 20 minutes until 00:45 hours . From 00:45 until 05:00 it is not possible to provide a transfer service.

Transfer time between the hotel and the airport: approximately 5 minutes.

Once a booking has been made you will receive an email confirming your reservation, together with the exact address and telephone helplines for the hotel.

FEATURES OF THE CAR PARK
It is not necessary to leave your car keys with the car park/hotel staff.
Under-cover car park with 24 hour surveillance.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure of the airport shuttle, especially for the 05:00 service. The shuttle runs to a set timetable and delays would disrupt later services.

OPTIONAL: Should the covered car park be full, please park for the moment in the car park spaces in front of the hotel. Leave your car keys at reception and when a covered parking space is vacated the hotel staff will park your vehicle inside the covered car park.

SPECIAL OFFER:

• Option to use a room in the Hilton for 1 or 2 hours to freshen up at a cost of just €50.
• Customers can choose when to use the room as it suits them, either BEFORE or AFTER their FLIGHT.
• Use of the room to freshen up includes use of the shower; you are also allowed to use the swimming pool during that time.
• The offer price does NOT INCLUDE the mini-bar.
• Maximum of 3 people per room.

PLEASE NOTE: If you arrive at the hotel between 7 and 10.30 am, you can take breakfast for just €12 per person. (Breakfast is buffet style {food is cooked in front of you according to your taste} and children under 5 eat for free).
