Car park located at Santiago de Compostela Lavacolla Airport only 15m from the terminal entrance. It has an area exclusively for the dropping off and picking up of your vehicle and offers a free car wash for stays of more than 8 days. It offers assistance between 06:00 and 24:00.
HOW IT WORKS:
AT THE ENTRANCE:
- Drive to the entrance of Valet Parking Santiago, next to Departures at Lavacolla Airport.
- Position your vehicle in front of the barrier. The control system will detect your presence and the entrance barrier will open.
- Park your vehicle in the designated area and make your way to the Customer Service Office where you will be welcomed by car park staff. Present your email confirmation (with the reference which will have been emailed to you upon completing the booking)and two car park vouchers will be handed to you.
- Car Park staff will check the condition of the car. The customer must sign the Check In form which will show any visible defects on the vehicle and list any valuables left in the vehicle. A copy will then be given to the customer.
The Customer Service Office is one minute away from the Check In Desk.
Please note that you are required to leave your car keys with the car park staff.
AT THE EXIT:
- Make your way to the car park Customer Service Office where you will be handed the copy of the parking voucher marked exit. The ticket clerk will check the duration of your stay.
- A member of staff will take you to your vehicle where you can check its condition. Once this has been completed the keys to the vehicle will be returned to you.
The car park offers a one hour grace period in case your flight is delayed.
- If, for whatever reason, you have to curtail your trip, you can access your account on line, using the password sent to your email address, to change your booking or, if you prefer, call us during office hours to complete the amendment.
Please Note: the car park length of stay is calculated in periods of 24 hours from the moment of arrival at the car park until departure from it; ie from between one and three hours before the departure of your flight up until the moment you return to collect your vehicle, at least one hour after the anticipated arrival of the return flight.
The Car Park's Additional Services: oil change, interior vacuuming, Spanish MOT, other repairs.
