* GREAT OPTIONS TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS:
1.- Drive your vehicle to the car park - as soon as you arrive get a free shuttle to the airport, or
2.- Drive your vehicle to the airport. You must call us 10 minutes before you arrive and we will collect your car at the end of the ARRIVALS Terminal; there is no supplementary charge for this service.
The chauffeur will transfer your car to the parking area. Please note, there is no VIP valet parking service between 1am - 5am when the airport is closed for the night.
For the VIP valet parking service it is essential to call the chauffeur 10 minutes before arriving at the airport. Please note that there may only be Spanish speaking staff available.

* On your return, qualified staff will be waiting for you at ARRIVALS.
The procedure for returning your car is as follows:
1- We will monitor your flight on the internet and when your plane lands we will take your car to the airport (so you don't need to ring us. The exchange will take place in the DEPARTURES TerminalTERMINAL DE SALIDAS.
2- When your car keys are returned to you, you will also be given an invoice with the outstanding balance to be paid. This bill can be paid either in cash or with a credit or debit card.

OTHER SERVICES:
The car will be returned clean with a free external BASIC wash (and dry) which includes the dashboard, mirrors and door frames.
Cleaning of the interior (including upholstery but excluding the boot) can be arranged at an extra charge.
* Workshop repairs: You can obtain a quote without obligation. If you are in agreement, the necessary repairs to your vehicle can be carried out while you are away.

PLEASE NOTE
The external car wash is free (except during long weekends and holiday periods owing to the volume of work) courtesy of the company. In the same way, interior cleaning cannot be guaranteed in the high holiday season or at other very busy times.
* You are required to leave your car keys with the car park staff regardless of the transfer option chosen.

Parking Lavacolla operates also at Santiago de Compostela and Vigo airports.

* TRANSFERS
a) If you would like your car to be collected from the airport you must call Parking Lavacolla 10 minutes before you arrive in order to avoid unnecessary delays. It is essential to call the numbers printed on the email confirming your reservation. Please note that there may only be Spanish speaking staff available.
b) If you prefer to leave your vehicle at the car park there is a free shuttle service to take you to the airport. Directions to the car park will be included in the email sent to confirm your booking.
* CAR WASH AND VACUUM
Your car will be washed and vacuumed while you are away.
* VEHICLE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
With prior agreement, while you are away your vehicle will undergo general maintenance, electrical checks, wheel and oil changes. Apply directly to Parking Lavacolla for an estimate.

CAR PARK RESERVATIONS
* Making a car park reservation for Seville Airport from the comfort of your computer is simple and free of charge .
* Request a free quote using the booking engine (blue window on the right hand side).
* Enter the dates and times of your trip.
* Click the Check Availability button.
* Once a booking has been made, your reservation number, along with the car park address, telephone number and route directions will be sent to you by email.
* Drive your car to the car park or airport and bring a copy of the confirmation email.
* A free shuttle bus to the airport runs 24 hours a day and takes approximately 2 minutes.
* On your return to Seville, you will be met at the terminal by the chauffeur with your car. The car park monitors incoming flights so there is no need to telephone.

Car Park or Airport?
a)If you want to drop off your car at the airport you need to call the car park staff 10 minutes before arriving at the terminal. It is essential to call the numbers given in the email containing your booking confirmation and directions. Please note that there may only be Spanish speaking staff available.
b) If you prefer to drop the car off at the car park you will be transferred to the airport from there.

Important

* Pre-booking on the internet is free but requires a partial payment of the total cost, with the balance to be paid direct to the car park.
* Internet booking secures a parking space for the dates and times required.
* Transfers to the airport in the car park's own shuttle bus are included at no extra cost; there are no set timetables, the shuttle runs as necessary.
* Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or by PayPal.
* When a booking is made an email confirming the reservation is sent to you: this contains details of the booking and of the car park, including the postal address and the telephone contact details.
Due to the procedure in place at the car park, you will be required to leave your keys after parking your car.
* Please print the booking confirmation email and give it to the staff at the car park.
