WHAT IS THE MEET AND GREET SERVICE ?
This is a service where the customer drops off and picks up his vehicle at the airport itself. This service means that customer don't need to drive to the car park.
The procedure is very simple: a car park driver, suitably qualified and identifiable, will collect your car at the Departures Terminal at the Airport of Barcelona El
Prat and he will then take the vehicle to a parking area which is patrolled 24 hours a day. Upon your return, the Meet and Greet driver will deliver your vehicle back
to the Terminal at a pre-arranged place.
WHAT ARE TRANSFERS?
This is a free/complimentary service offered by the car park whereby the customer drives his vehicle to the car park and then is taken to the Terminal at Barcelona El
Prat Airport by car park staff in a company vehicle. Some services are subject to a pre-determined timetable whereas other car parks offer an immediate transfer. The
service is available for all Airport Terminals with the exception of Parking Aparcaivolaexpress, which only offers transfers to T1 - however, it's still a great 'park
and fly' service!
WHAT IS MEANT BY UNDERCOVER AND OPEN AIR PARKING?
An undercover car park is normally in premises with a roof and walls, where your vehicle will be completely protected against the elements. An open air car park is
protected by a metal perimeter fence within which your vehicle remains out in the open. Our website offers parking spaces in undercover, open air, and underground car

DO YOU HAVE TO LEAVE YOUR CAR KEYS AT THE CAR PARK?
For the Meet and Greet service it is essential that you leave your car keys with the driver when you drop off your vehicle at the Departures Terminal at Barcelona El
Prat Airport so that he can drive your vehicle straight to the car parkl. Your vehicle will be looked after during your absence and nobody will have use of your car.
Alternatively, you can take your car keys with you if you book a car park which offers the transfer service to Barcelona El Prat Airport.
IS IT AN OFFICIAL CAR PARK OF BARCELONA EL PRAT AIRPORT?

are flying from on the booking form. Alternatively, the car parks offering the transfer service are available for all Airport terminals with the exception of Parking
Aparcaivolaexpress, which only offers transfers to T1.
HOW FAR AWAY IS THE CAR PARK FROM THE AIRPORT?
You have the choice of car parking within the boundary of the airport itself and upto a maximum distance of 12 minutes away by car. These car parking options seek to
satisfy all types of customer whether they are looking for a driver to park their vehicle for them or whether they want a traditional service where they park their car
and hop on a shuttle bus to the airport. Some car parks only offer the Meet and Greet service where you don't need to worry about driving your car to the car park and
others offer the transfer service.
