What is Meet and Greet?
This is a service designed so that customers do not have to drive their vehicle to the car park. A car park driver, suitably qualified and identifiable, will collect
your car at the Departures Terminal at Madrid Barajas Airport, provide you with a Possession Certificate for the vehicle, and will then drive your vehicle to a
patrolled parking area. On your return the Meet and Greet driver will deliver your vehicle back to your chosen Aiport Terminal.
What is the Transfer Service?
Generally, this is a free or complimentary service provided by the car park where customers drive their vehicle to the car park and are then transferred to the
Terminal of your choice at Madrid Barajas Airport in a car park company vehicle. Some adhere to a timetable whereas at other car parks the transfers are immediate.
What is meant by Under cover parking and sheltered parking?
Undercover parking is usually considered to be in roofed premises with walls where your vehicle is completely protected against the elements. Open air parking is at a

Do I have to leave my car keys at the car park?
The Meet and Greet service requires you to leave your car keys with the driver so that he can drive your vehicle from the airport to the car park. Your car will be
looked after while you are away and no-one will have use of your car. Alternatively, you can take your keys with you if you book the transfer service from the car
park to the airport.
What about Madrid-Barajas Airport official car parks?
It is now possible to book both official car parks and alternative car parks at Madrid-Barajas Airport at reasonable prices and with quality services and premises.
At which Terminal at Madrid Airport is the car park located?
The car parks offering the Meet and Greet service operate at all of the Terminals at Madrid-Barajas Airport. If you use this service it is important to specify which
Terminal you are flying from on the Booking Form. The shuttle transfer service operates to all Madrid Airport Terminals (with the exception of parking Lomcar Bº,
which only operates transfers to T1, T2 and T3). The car parks with concessions through AENA operate transfers to the nearest Terminals at Madrid-Barajas. At these car
parks you can use the internal buses within the airport to get to T4 free of charge.
How far away is the car park?
The car parks are located from between 2 minutes and 16 minutes away by car. Some car parks only offer the Meet and Greet service where you don't have to worry about
driving your car to the car park and so everything takes place at the airport itself. But there is also the option of free return shuttle transfers to the airport.
